Hors d'oeuvre Selections


Hot and Cold hors d'oeuvres are priced in groups of 3, 5, or 7 selections at a per person rate. One and a half to two pieces of each selection will be provided for each guest.

Mini quiche: Lorraine, spinach or Southwestern

Mini vegetable kabobs with ginger-sesame or honey-mustard dipping sauce

Hot & Spicy Buffalo chicken breast strips with ranch dressing on the side.

Stuffed mushroom caps - Vegetarian with cheese, Italian sausage, crab with cognac or Florentine

Buffalo-Style chicken breast strips accompanied by cool sour cream Ranch Dip.

Cold Selections


Belgian endives with smoked turkey mousse garnished with lingonberry sauce and orange zest or baby shrimp with fresh mango relish
 

Red Rose new potatoes chilled with caviar, chives and sour cream
 

Smoked salmon on baguette croutons garnished with sour cream, dill mousse, fresh dill and capers
 

Romeos- small rounds of puff paste topped with sun dried tomato pesto and fresh tomato, then baked until flaky and crisp and the tomato flavors blend to perfection.
 

Petite crab tartlets are bite sized little pastry shells lined with cream cheese and filled with crab in cocktail sauce.
 

Cocktail vegetable kabobs, basted with olive oil and herbs then lightly grilled to bring out the flavors of the fresh produce.

Display Hors d'oeuvres
 

Hors d'oeuvre displays are priced per guest being served and include fresh flowers and greens as well as appropriate props and offer a dramatic visual addition to your event. These are truly edible centerpieces. Each display is priced individually.

An array of hard and soft imported and domestic cheeses displayed at different levels and offered with assorted flatbreads as well as freshly baked baguette slices. $3.75 per guest
 

Fresh seasonal vegetable crudities artfully arranged and beautifully displayed with sour cream dill dip $3.25 per guest
 

Fresh seasonal fruits cut and displayed on multileveled mirrors providing a colorful and delicious appetizer $3.75 per guest
